1. I recently completed the FREC 3 training course with Dennis as the trainer, backed by Fernanda, his number 2 and I was extremely impressed with the quality of instruction. Dennis has an excellent teaching style that makes complex topics easy to understand and apply in real-world situations.

   Throughout the course, he was knowledgeable, engaging, and always willing to answer questions and provide additional support when needed. His practical experience and clear explanations helped build both confidence and competence in emergency care procedures.

   The training was well organised, interactive, and delivered to a very high standard. Dennis created a positive learning environment where everyone felt comfortable participating and developing their skills.

   I recently completed the First Response Emergency Care (FREC3) course at Hearts first ambulance centre, and I highly recommend it to anyone serious about stepping into first aid or pre-hospital care.

   Our small class of seven was expertly led by the instructor, Dennis. His teaching style was exceptionally clear, engaging, and practical, ensuring every participant fully grasped the complex material. This smaller class size allowed for personalised instruction and focused practice, which was invaluable.

3. Completed frec 3 and frec 4 through Hearts First. I did not know what to expect but I needed not worry as the trainer was incredibly patient and had a fantastic way of explaining everything! The facility and equipment were great and i thoroughly enjoyed both courses!! Would highly recommend to all!!!

5. I recently completed my frec4 with Hearts first aid training. After the problems I had with my frec3 provider, I did some research and found hearts, best move I ever made, there trainers are not just teachers but seasoned hands on professional's with a wealth of frontline experience. And there training facilities are extremely well equipped.

16. Instructors are very knowledgeable, they provide different exercises and practical test to let me understand more how to provide right treatment to different patients and different circumstances.

18. Completed my Frec 3 course here, I must say it was a lovely experience not only being taught but it felt like a community who all loved to help each other. Thank you to Dennis and Ross for all the hard work they put. Dennis taught me a lot and I can’t wait to use my skills and excel.

19. Just completed a manual Handling course with Hearts First Ambulance Training. I have to say Ross the instructor, was professional and put across the subject very well. It was a interesting course and it was a good refresher for me. I can recommend this course to anyone who is contemplating doing one.
