In their words

What our clients say

Good afternoon.

I just wanted to praise your ambulance paramedics, Tanya and Brian, for their kindness and professionalism in transporting my wife Pauline and myself from Heathrow Airport this morning.

Many thanks to them and yourselves.

Yours sincerely,

SR, August 2026

Just wanted to express my sincere gratitude to Adam and Brian who transported my husband safely home. I was quite anxious beforehand . They exuded calmness and made us feel safe in a very difficult situation. They were really patient and listened to him. It was a longer journey than expected through no fault of theirs but the driving was excellent. We are very grateful.

Warm wishes

Dear Tracy and Adam,

I wanted to thank you so much for kindness and support, and getting me back from Gatwick to home yesterday, after my repatriation from Mauritius to the UK. Especially after such a stressful few weeks - first class service.

Thank you!

Kindest regards

Thank you so much for helping our family in a time of crisis. The team were amazing in helping to get everything sorted to get my mum home from France. We can’t thank the ambulance team enough for looking after my mum and dad during the journey. You guys were life savers. Thank you.

DC, February 2026

I would very much like to give a massive thank you to the Ambulance crew who looked after me during what was a difficult time for me. Their names were Adam and Debbie. They took so much care of me and made the trip so comfortable. Not only that, Adam took my blood pressure and gave me a little medical which was reassuring. You must be very proud of them and once again thank you so much. Kind Regards

Common questions

How do I arrange private ambulance transport?

Call our 24-hour operations team or send a short enquiry. We will talk through the patient’s needs and the route, and then coordinate the journey with you.

Do you provide European medical repatriation?

Yes. Long-distance repatriation by road across the UK and Europe is our specialism. We work with insurers, medical assistance companies and hospitals.

What types of patient can you transport?

We carry adult, paediatric and bariatric patients, and can arrange high-dependency transfers and transfers to hospitals, hospices, care homes and private addresses. Please call to discuss individual needs.

The cost depends on the distance, the level of care needed and the timing, so each journey is quoted individually. Please call or send an enquiry for a quote.
