Gineane and Tanya were the two drivers with nurse Becky completing the ambulance crew.

They were very friendly, kind and treated us with dignity and respect.

They explained what the journey would be like and that we could stop whenever we wished

The crew were helpful, polite and very efficient. and we felt very confident in them throughout the journey, and they took great care helping us in and out of the ambulance whenever necessary.

One of your pts crews recently transferred my dad from Barnet hospital to an end of life care home in Romford, there were a few issues on their arrival, which they quickly resolved, contacted me via mobile and explained the whole situation and put our families minds completely at rest. They were completely professional, caring and considerate throughout and in my opinion went above and beyond to ensure dads safe and comfortable transfer.

I had a week of hell in a Tenerife hospital after falling and breaking my hip. I had an operation and thereafter a very difficult time in hospital until I was repatriated home on Saturday. Our journey from hospital to airport, airport assistance, flight home, airport assistance in Stansted and then the best part of the day/journey - coming into arrivals hall to find Jackie and Deb waiting for me!

What amazing ladies they both are! They complement each other so much as a working team and couldn't do enough for us. I felt such relief and felt so confident in all they did. Jackie spoke to me regarding my hip and reassured me I was doing well. I really want them both to have some sort of recognition as they were both so wonderful, thorough, knowledgeable and most of all friendly and caring. They were the best people I could ever have wished to meet me. You are so lucky to have such wonderful employees.

Good morning

I am writing on behalf of me and my husband Mark to express a massive thanks and gratitude to Tony and Pete who repatriated Mark from Normandy France to Peterborough UK last week. I have never been so happy to see a UK ambulance as I was when they arrived at the French hospital.

Right from the moment I met Tony and Pete, they were caring and reassuring and I knew that they were going to get Mark home safety and look after and manage his pain on the long journey.

I followed the ambulance all the way back across the tunnel to the UK and they made sure that I was also safe and ok throughout the 12-hour long journey.
