Ground Ambulance Repatriations
Our specialism is long-distance repatriation by ground ambulance, across the UK and Europe. Our ambulances are fully equipped and designed for comfort on long journeys, with Wi-Fi, pressure-relief mattresses and refreshments on board.
We work with travel insurers, UK and European medical assistance companies, hospitals and air ambulance operators, and use bulk Eurotunnel FlexiPlus tickets to keep journeys moving.

Airside Air Ambulance Services
We provide approved and fully insured airport airside patient transport, staffed by experienced clinicians. Crews can respond on blue lights where required.
Vehicles carry standard ambulance emergency equipment, including an AED, oxygen and cardiac monitoring.

Commercial Flight Transfers
For patients returning on scheduled flights, we collect from UK commercial airports and meet patients on arrival. Our crews help with wheelchairs, luggage and shopping, and see patients safely home or to hospital.

Other Patient Services
Our crews hold a minimum of FREC 3. We carry out transfers to and from care homes, hospices and residential facilities, support bed admissions, and provide medical escorts on commercial flights.
We also carry paediatric and bariatric patients, and work with embassies and private hospitals across the UK and Europe.

High-Dependency Unit Transport
For patients needing higher levels of care, our fleet is equipped to A&E standards with an AED, adult, paediatric and neonatal patient monitoring, suction units, ventilators and standard ambulance equipment.
Clinical staff are trained to recognised professional standards (GMC, NMC, HCPC and IHCD). Blue-light drivers are available.

Event Medical Cover
We provide medical and transport support for corporate and VIP events. Previous events include the state funeral of Queen Elizabeth II, the MoonWalk London, Shine Night Walk London and Soccer Aid.

We hold £10 million public liability insurance, medical treatment liability, baggage and airside insurance, and European breakdown cover through our RAC partnership.
